Ana Amelia Batlle Cabral is a Dominican architect and artist based between Mexico City and New York whose practice spans architecture, sculpture, and furniture. Shaped by a transnational perspective, her work explores the relationships between territory and form, memory and matter, and the body and landscape.

Working primarily with stone, wood, and metal, she approaches materials as carriers of geological time,cultural memory, and tactile intelligence. Her furniture exists between utility and artifact, while her sculptures negotiate mass and void through natural materials and mythological references. Across her practice, she balances precision and rawness, control and erosion, permanence and decay.

Quiet yet resonant, her work examines questions of identity and belonging. Through objects and spaces grounded in material and place, she reveals the subtle connections between the body, memory, and the landscapes we inhabit.
