Armario presents a stylized, almost architectural arrangement that speaks to structure, containment, and intimacy. Drawing from the visual language of storage and enclosure, it plays with the idea of what is kept hidden and what is meant to be seen. Through repetition and rhythm, the piece invites viewers to reflect on the boundaries we create within the spaces we inhabit.
Design
The composition features four elongated, vertical forms in black, each crowned with soft rounded tops and intersected by olive-green triangles. These forms recall the silhouettes of wardrobe doors or cabinet panels. On either side, a vertical row of black dots provides symmetry and visual punctuation, while the underlying beige blocks ground the structure.
