The Engrane series plays with the tension between industrial structure and artisanal subtlety. Carved from solid stone, Engrane I in Blanco Bego and Basalto, and Engrane II entirely in Basalto. These pieces serve as both sculptural accent and functional side table. They ground a space with their raw weight and intentional proportions, made to be felt in both form and presence.
Design
Each Engrane recalls the mechanical precision of gears while embracing the imperfect tactility of hand-finished stone. The symmetrical round form is interrupted by subtle ridges and flares that invite touch and cast quiet shadows. Their compact diameter make them ideal as standalone objects or paired for contrast. Whether in creamy tones or volcanic grey, they feel equally at home in meditative interiors and expressive collections.
