Mantis balances structure and detail, combining a strong architectural presence with a precise and deliberate material expression.
First conceived for a custom project, the piece evolved through refinement and scaling. Its name derive from the distinctive stone inlays that introduce a subtle, almost anthropomorphic character.
Design
A vertical interpretation of the Lungo, the Mantis shelf rises from a metal structure that intersects with crafted wood elements. It shares the material language of the Amena and Comunal pieces, where metal frameworks define form and articulate the relationship between mass and proportion.
