Designed in collaboration with artisan partners, Aculco is part of the Kajaal Collection — a series that draws from pre-Hispanic symbolism and transforms it through contemporary material and sculptural language.
Design
Named after the Nahuatl phrase for “place where the water bends,” Aculco is a study in geometry and fluidity. Its faceted, monolithic form suggests a vessel for holding or channelling energy. Crafted in resin, the piece plays with volume, shadow, and surface tension, creating a sculptural object that sits between architecture and ritual.
